Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange (in case of error/damage), the item must be:
Unopened and in its original packaging
Unused and not tampered with
Reported within 3 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us with a clear photo of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
